We collect merchant and store information provided during app installation, login, or use of the app, including shop ID, store name, first name, last name, and email address.

We may also generate technical logs related to the merchant’s use of the app for authentication, troubleshooting, security, and performance monitoring.

We do not collect personal data from merchants customers.

We use cookies only as needed for authentication and secure operation of the app.

We do not use cookies to track merchants customers for advertising purposes.

We use the collected data to provide app functionality, including product version management, syncing data, authentication and merchant support.

We retain data only for as long as needed to provide the app’s services while the app is installed.

After uninstall, we delete applicable data in accordance with Shopify’s privacy compliance requirements and applicable law.

We are not established in Europe.

All data is stored and processed in AWS us-east-1 (North Virginia, United States).

We do not store data in other regions.
